Why use it

Allow to manage the relationship between the seller and the customer or sale channels

How it's work

As the Discussion API allows communication between the different players of a marketplace through severals tools, it's a central feature and therefore essential.


Discussions and message are governed by several simple rules :

  • A discussion have to be about an order or an offer ( typologie )

  • A discussion can only deals with one typology and subtypologie

  • A discussion contains at least 1 messages, but there is not maximum

  • A messages is between 2 people but seller's customer relations department and the sales channel can retrieve all the exchanges that concern them.
